Warehouse, cable assembly and shipping in one place. Behind it is the ENGESER Group's experience in cable assembly.

Cable assembly

Extension cables, custom lengths and wiring harnesses are crimped and assembled at ENGESOLAR in Konstanz. For every assembly, we use the tools and processes specified by the connector manufacturer.

Testing

Assembled cables are tested before delivery. Depending on the product, we use crimp force monitoring, cross-section analysis, pull testing, continuity and high-voltage testing or camera inspection.

Original components

We only stock original connectors from renowned manufacturers, no copies. This also applies to our cable assemblies. We do not offer mixed connections between different manufacturers.

Availability

Solar cables and standard assemblies are in stock in Konstanz. For projects, we plan quantities and delivery dates together with you.

The assembly of our extension cables and special cables is handled by ENGESOLAR GmbH in Konstanz, formerly Keller Electronics GmbH. Like Qabl, ENGESOLAR is part of the ENGESER Group.
